Issue#624324: Quadcopter - Syma x8c vs JJRC H26 vs JXD 509g

  • So! I'm still trying to get a refund for my Kai Deng K70c. Meanwhile, I need another toy-grade quad. While I really want a brushless quadcopter, they're really expensive for me, but I may get the JJRC X1 some day soon.

What I need at the moment is a lasting camera bird. As my title suggests, I have three copters in mind.

I love altitude hold, with the JXD 509 has, but I don't think that it has enough power to lift a GoPro. Does it?

I know the Syma x8c carries a GoPro, and I've seen some...

  • Issue#390623: Quadcopter - Syma X8C Binding Issue

I recently bought a Syma X8C for my first quad and to use for some videos. I have only flown it maybe 2-3 times. Only one time outdoors and I have not crashed it or damaged it in anyway. The only thing I have done is attached my anti-vibration plate for filming. The first flight went extremely well, I had no issues and was very impressed for what it was for the price. Since then, It has been nothing but headaches. I can rarely been able to bind my transmitter to the quad. The times I have... Syma X8C Binding Issue

  • Issue#1088789: Quadcopter - Micro SD Card Issue - JXD 509G

Hello all, This is my first post so bear with me. My name is Mike and I am an absolute newbie to the world of Quadcopters. I just bought a low cost drone to see how I liked and would get on with them, and I love it. The one I purchased is the JXD 509G and I'm already looking to upgrade somewhat. For now I am enjoying this and as it is so cheap I'd rather keep playing for a while before I crash anything of more value. The issue I have is the Micro SD card - firstly, only the first video... • Issue#79083: Radio Control - JXD 509G JXD509G 5.8G FPV With 2.0MP HD Camera High Hold Mode RC Quadcopter

JXD 509G JXD509G 5.8G FPV With 2.0MP HD Camera High Hold Mode RC Quadcopter I bought a JXD 385 a couple of years ago when I was flying Wltoys V202s and V252s and it was a good quad at that time that competed with the Wltoys quads well. It came with a transmitter that did not include autoflips at 100% rates like the V252 tx and had the same protocol as the Wltoys, so I used that transmitter for a while to fly the Wltoys quads. The 385 flew very well but did not have good LEDs for night flying. My 385 still works but all four motors have been replaced once. Banggood asked if I would like to review the JXD 509G, I said yes. This is only my second JXD quad. I recieved this quad on 2/01/2016 from Banggood. Good shipping time of only 14 days using China Post. You can find it here: Attachment 8680835 First Impressions As mentioned in the other JXD 509 threads this quad copies the design of the Yuneec Q500, a larger quad that I am

Hi I'm looking to get a "large" quadcopter. I have narrowed it down to these 2, Syma X8C vs Ei-Hi Large Size S800C. I have a Syma X5SW that seems to be a bit finicky at times and the wifi camera just will not stay connected. Just looking to go a bit bigger. What are your thoughts.

  • Issue#95603: Radio Control - JXD 509G 5.8 GHz FPV Quadcopter with Altitude Hold (work in progress)

One of the current hypes in cheap RTF "multirotor-country" is altitude hold. The idea is to make flying easier, as throttle control is one of the hardest functions to grasp, for fresh pilots. Another benefit should be, to have a more stable platform for shooting video. Will this work out as intended? A closer look at the JXD 509G might give some answers. • Issue#163552: Quadcopter - Syma X8C (white) on the list next.

The Syma X8C is close to being ordered..Ive been on a spending spree if some couldnt tell..hahaha. Ive seen alot of the stock 2mp camera videos and to me the quality of the video wasn't all that bad but all suffered from major jello effect...I think removing that jellow will produce a decent video. I plan to come up with a fix for that issue first then use the same camera case to go with an FPV system...I'll remove the camera guts and install a new receiver/antenna and camera lens mounted... • Issue#192916: Quadcopter - Syma X8C pulsating

My X8C's motors are pulsating and not creating constant thrust. It is confined mainly to one motor. Up to this point I have done the following: adjusted trim, cleaned, greased, replaced props, replaced motors, verified rotation and position of each, replaced the main board, replaced the hand held controller, performed the copter reset several times. When I hold the copter in a 30 degree tilt towards the pulsating motor the pulsating pretty much stops. If someone could has some... Syma X8C pulsating

If you had a choice to make which one would you buy. This will be my first quad, but I've flown gas and electic heli's for many years. • Issue#517866: Quadcopter - Syma x13 motor issue...

I just bought this quadcopter last week. It's the first one I've ever had and I love it. I expected the time would come that I would have to repair it though... There was no spectacular crash. It just stopped working. I just turned it on, started flying it. One minute into enjoyment, it started falling down after only about 3 seconds in the air. It flew, but just a few seconds at a time. Then after doing that about ten times, it stopped flying altogether. I discovered that one of the... Syma x13 motor issue...

This is my first post on QC forum. I'm a total noob, looking for a first drone (s).I am retired and live in the Philippines, and am going to buy a quadcopter and have family send it to me here.I don't get to have things sent to me here very often, and because of that,I probably have a tendency to take a bigger risk then I might otherwise. but then again,I really need reliability. • Issue#592194: Radio Control - has anyone resolved the infamous JXD 509G binding issue?

Hi everyone, been having a blast ever since i received my jxd 509G. a home made cloverleaf antenna on the fpv receiver has breathed new life into this thing! but in the last few days i've started having binding issues... after the binding procedure the LEDS keep blinking for a while and then they start blinking very quickly, like a strobe effect. it seems like it isn't binded at all but if if bring both sticks down and in the LEDS on the quad start flashing as if i'm calibrating the gyro!!! but it stil won't start, and no other buttons work either (lights, video...) what is this all about!?!?! it can take me SEVERAL attemps before i am finally able to bind. always seems to be a crapshoot. so i've read about this issue a lot but wasn't able to find a definitive fix or procedure... what is your experience with this? i want to get this right from the start!!! thanks!

I took it to a friends house yesterday, let him fly it, and there were a few small crashes, nothing major by any means, and when he gave the controller back I noticed the the X8C would pull hard left in the air. Just a quick question. Anyone here have a Runcam mounted to a Syma X8C? If so what did you use to mount it?
