    A tip for those on Macs who have not yet solved a problem downloading the Creative Cloud app update. If like me, you have tried everything...uninstaller, installer, CC cleaner, manually removing files...I ended up with multiple errors (2 and then 43 were the repeats), and in the process made a mess of my programs... If you have been searching in vain for a solution, I hope that mine will work for you, too. I went to system properties and created a new user account with admin privileges. From the new admin account on my Mac,  I downloaded the old Adobe application manager for Mac from the adobe site. The old Adobe application manager automatically updated to the newest Creative Cloud app.I logged in to Creative Cloud to confirm that I did not have any issuesI logged out of Creative Cloud and then out of the new admin account that I created solely for this purposeI logged back in to my usual admin account, opened and logged in to the Creative Cloud App.I deleted the extra admin acco

    When I boot up my Mac running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 the small Creative Cloud icon is accessible in the top of the screen on the status section of the menu bar.  When I click on the Creative Cloud icon a window drops down that says there is an update 3.5.1.209 and gives me the option to install or quit and doesn't give any other options to access my adobe apps. When I click update it begins a download/update percentage count up. At varying points in the update the process stops and unmounts the Creative Cloud icon from the menu/status bar. When I try to reopen Creative Cloud from my applications folder I receive the message "The application 'Creative Cloud' is not open anymore." When I restart my computer the Creative Cloud icon returns to the menu/status bar and says that I still need to update to 3.5.1.209.     Just wanted to let everyone know, if you are having an issue with the Creative Cloud update like I was (Error 1001), I discovered that my Webroot antivirus was causing the issue.     Hi, I'm trying to update to the latest Acrobat DC *without* removing Acrobat XI.  I know from other forum posts this is [supposed to be] possible in the Creative Cloud tray app by selecting "Update" for Acrobat DC, then clicking "Advanced Options" and clearing the "Remove old versions" checkbox.  However, when I try to do this, and then click Update, Creative Cloud immediately crashes.  It's doing this on two different computers - one Windows 7 Pro and the other Windows 8.1 Pro. Other Creative Cloud updates install just fine.  It only seems to be an issue with Acrobat DC, and only when trying to keep old versions intact.  (I say this because I initially did the update with the default settings and lost Acrobat XI when DC installed, and I've gone through the steps to uninstall DC, reinstall XI and am now trying to add DC as a second version.) Any ideas on how to remedy, or is this simply a bug in Creative Cloud?

    Hi. I am hoping someone can help. I attempted to install the latest update of CC Desktop and the update stopped at 90%. Fresh attempts stopped half way through with an "Error 1" message. The dashboard was blocked and I could not access any of that. Following help page instructions  I attempted to delete and reinstall CC Desktop. Windows 10 would not allow that.
